Patrick is a designer, educator, and writer focused on helping young people live more meaningful lives. As an educator, Patrick has helped launch or grow a number of innovative youth programs in four distinct areas: mindfulness education, human-centered design innovation, wilderness expeditions, and global citizenship. He has written on mindfulness education, purpose learning, and re-imagining high school for Stanford Social Innovation Review, UC Berkeley's Greater Good, and Edutopia. Patrick is currently a lecturer at Stanford's Hasso Plattner Institute of Design where he launched and co-directs Project Wayfinder.

Patrick offers three distinct services to organizations + individuals:

  • SPEAKING: topics include Purpose Education, 21st Century High Schools, + Re-Defining Masculinity

  • WORKSHOPS: a combination of Mindfulness, Human Centered Design, + Purpose Learning

  • MENTORING: a uniquely designed Mindfulness-based Mentoring platform for young men
